I love what I do. And what I so often have the honor of doing is bearing witness to people reclaiming their lives. My style is direct and active.  I do not tip-toe or mince words as your time is too valuable for that. Your goals and your readiness will set the pace of our work together, and we will always operate as a team as you are the only expert on you. 

I am a licensed clinical psychologist with specialty training in cognitive behavioral treatments for a wide range of disorders and symptoms.  I have long-standing expertise in multiple gold-standard therapies for PTSD, with extensive experience additionally treating anxiety and mood disorders as well as OCD with Exposure and Response Prevention. I served as a national Trainer & Consultant teaching Cognitive Processing Therapy/CPT to other licensed mental health professionals across the US, Canada & in the UK. I've built & led a team of trauma experts for the past decade working with Veterans of all backgrounds, first-responders, their families and other survivors of traumatic events throughout the lifespan including childhood sexual and physical abuse and neglect.
